GENERAL CONDITIONS "ABRITES" LTD.
"Abrites" Ltd. Products can be ordered from all over the world, through our distribution network, sales teams or by visiting our online store. Payments are made through online transfer services. See delivery and payment terms below.
I. Terms of delivery and payment
After registering in our online store, you will receive a confirmation email. By selecting the products you want to buy, the system will provide payment options. You can choose between a credit card or PayPal payment method. When the transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirming a successful purchase.
In case you have ordered a hardware product, delivery information is required - address and delivery method. Delivery address and payment address may differ.
If you purchase a software product, it is not necessary to specify a delivery address, as the software products are sent electronically.
Receipt of the goods is certified by you or a third party, signed in the form of the courier. Anyone who is not the holder of the order application, but receives the goods delivered to the address specified by you, is considered a third party.
If the wrong address, contact person and / or telephone number is indicated when submitting the order, as well as in case you are not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by you or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided in this term, "Abrites" Ltd. is released from liability for non-performance, as the payment of costs for delivery and return of the goods remain at your expense.
II. Applicable legislation
By using Abrites Ltd.’s services, you agree that applicable Bulgarian Law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Delivery and Payment and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Abrites Ltd.
III. Exercise of the right to refuse or replace a product
1. Exercise of the right to replace a product
Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by you or a person authorized by you. In case of possible damages, blows and other damages, you, respectively a person authorized by you, should immediately notify "Abrites" Ltd. to the following e-mail address email@example.com, and for this purpose should be filled in "Standard return/Exchange form“.
When the delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the one ordered by you and this can be established by its ordinary inspection, you can request that the delivered goods be replaced with the one corresponding to the purchase application made by you.
2. Exercise of the right to refuse a product
Orders for which a payment has not yet been made, can be cancelled from your Abrites online shop account.
Should you wish to return a product and be refunded you are able to do that within 14 days of receiving it.
You must inform Abrites Ltd. of your decision to cancel your order on the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org and for this purpose the "Standard Return/Exchange Form" should be completed.
In cases where the provisions of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act are applicable, Abrites Ltd. will refund all amounts received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which Abrites Ltd. has been notified of your decision.
In all other cases, any refusal to receive the goods is considered unfounded, as you owe payment of delivery and return costs.
To reimburse the costs incurred, the payment method you have chosen for your initial transaction will be used, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
In connection with the delivery of the purchased product, additional costs may be charged, such as customs and other fees and/or taxes.
Their final value is calculated depending on the tax and financial policy of the country in which your order was delivered. Abrites Ltd. is not responsible for customs and other fees and/or taxes that may be charged and should be paid by you.
Abrites Ltd. may withhold the refund of all amounts received by you, including delivery costs, until it receives the product, which should correspond to the type and its integrity, upon its initial shipment by Abrites Ltd. Please note that the direct costs associated with returning the product should be covered by you.
In case of your refusal to receive the delivered goods, you accept and agree to pay all costs incurred in connection with the execution of the order, including but not limited to taxes, duties, fees, costs.
III. Warranty periods. Realization of the warranty liability. Warranty void.
Abrites Ltd. provides you with a two-year warranty and warranty support for each purchased hardware.
In the event of defects within the warranty period, you should:
1. Notify "Abrites" Ltd. or the relevant authorized distributor from whom you purchased the device for the detected defect to email email@example.com, sending information about the ID of the purchased interface and a description of the defect;
2. After performing an analysis by us, you will be notified of the way in which the defect will be eliminated, namely:
- Hardware repair online;
- Return the interface to eliminate the defect;
- Replacement of the interface.
In the cases of item 2, you should send the damaged interface to the address indicated by an employee of "Abrites" or the authorized distributor.
The repaired or replaced interface will be sent to the address specified by you in the bill of lading. In case you wish to receive the repaired/replaced interface at an address other than the one indicated in the bill of lading, you should notify Abrites Ltd. or the respective authorized distributor when sending the damaged interface.
The warranty and warranty support provided by Abrites is no longer valid:
1. In case of violation of the appearance of the product or its opening;
2. In case of an attempt for self-repair of the damage without prior coordination with an employee of Abrites Ltd.;
3. When using the product in an unfamiliar environment;
4. If the device is used at a voltage other than that specified by the manufacturer;
5. In case of a malfunction received from your personal computer or tablet;
6. If the instructions for use and storage of the device are not followed.
